Die Gründung der Industriekletterer Dortmund vor über 20 Jahren war für mich mehr als ein beruflicher Neuanfang. Es ging nicht darum, einfach nur den Arbeitsplatz zu wechseln – es war der Moment, in dem sich eine klare Vision abzeichnete. Ich wollte Arbeit an exponierten Orten neu denken: sicherer, effizienter, durchdachter.
Aus dieser Haltung heraus ist eine eigene Unternehmensphilosophie entstanden – und sie treibt uns bis heute an: bei jedem Projekt, jeder Entscheidung und in der stetigen Entwicklung neuer, innovativer Angebote. Meine Erfahrungen aus dem Feuerwehrdienst und aus dem Bergsport haben mir gezeigt, wie wichtig es ist, Verantwortung nicht erst dann zu übernehmen, wenn etwas passiert ist – sondern schon im Vorfeld.
Wir sind ein Unternehmen, das heute bundesweit in sensiblen Bereichen der Höhenarbeit tätig ist – in der Energieversorgung, an Industrieanlagen, an Bauwerken und kulturellen Denkmälern. Wir bieten keine Lösungen von der Stange, sondern denken jedes Projekt neu: mit Erfahrung, Neugier, Präzision und Respekt vor der Aufgabe. Dabei speisen wir unser Leistungsspektrum und unsere fachliche Tiefe nicht allein aus unserer eigenen Erfahrung – sondern aus einem gewachsenen, weltweiten Netzwerk an Spezialisten verschiedenster Disziplinen. Dieses Wissen fließt direkt in unsere Arbeit ein – und macht uns zur starken Wahl für komplexe Herausforderungen.
Wir sind überzeugt: Fachwissen entfaltet seine volle Wirkung dann, wenn es im Austausch wächst. Deshalb haben wir früh ein Schulungszentrum etabliert – nicht nur, um auszubilden, sondern um Wissen zu teilen, weiterzudenken und praxisnah umzusetzen. Unsere Ausrichtung auf die SPRAT-Zertifizierung ist dabei Ausdruck einer Haltung: SPRAT ist ein mitgliedergeführter Verband, der Innovation, Transparenz und adaptives Lernen in den Mittelpunkt stellt – und damit genau die Werte lebt, die auch unser Unternehmen auszeichnen. Weil wir in dieser Philosophie eine gemeinsame Basis sehen, leisten wir seit 2020 Pionierarbeit im deutschsprachigen Raum – als erstes Unternehmen mit SPRAT-Zertifizierungsausbildung in Deutschland. In unserem Schulungsbetrieb geben wir weiter, was wir selbst gelernt und aufgebaut haben. Wir sichern nicht nur den Bestand an Fachkräften, wir helfen aktiv dabei, neue auszubilden – und leisten damit einen Beitrag zur Sicherheit und Qualität in einer ganzen Branche.
